Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products in only the "Ready to ship" section.

We also accept returns on items that are defective due to workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. We do not accept returns from the "Made To Order" section of dread wigs and custom wedding dresses. Please understand these items are custom made for each individual costumers needs. If there is a defect in the craftsmanship we will fix it at no additional cost. You will have 24 hours after your package arrives to report any issues.
